We are happy you're here! We are a non-profit movement and wellness center that believes in the power of yoga. We, as instructors, have witnessed the positive changes yoga and wellness have to offer within ourselves and our students. We welcome you to join us on this journey through classes, workshops, wellness sessions and private sessions.
This is our signature workshop taught by, Eve Parker, mental health therapist and yoga instructor. Eve will talk about ways we can improve mental health through yoga (and other modalities.) This is a workshop for everyone to understand how the brain works in times of stress, trauma, or uncontrolled events. It's time we make a change on how we view mental health and mental illness, this workshop will help us start the conversation. 1.5 hours of lecture and 1.5 hours of a beginner level practice.
