This series starts 2/28. Yamas and Niyamas are the first two limbs in the eight limbs of yoga (the physical poses are only one limb.) Yoga philosophy is an ancient practice that will deepen your yoga practice, offer times of self reflection and has the potential to continue your positive journey on being a better human.
