Aerial Yoga Schedule
Aerial Yoga combines elements from a traditional Yoga practice with suspension in the silk swings creating a playful way to explore movement and proprioception. The silks swings offer support and flexibility allowing students to move freely into stretches without bracing external resistance. Students will take flight in their practice and find comfort in zero compression inversions as the swings offer traction for the spine and pelvis. With options for every level, Aerial Yoga brings in an element of play and freedom to your existing Yoga practice.
