Each massage is uniquely designed just for you:
On your first meeting with Kristi you will chat about your goals for your session(s). From there, Kristi, typically uses a wide range of massage techniques, movement, stretching, guided meditation and/or education to help you move toward optimal health.
Kristi uses Thai massage and Sarga bodywork (fascial work based off Rolfing and Tom Myer’s work) which allows her to create change, relaxation and healing within your body.
Your session will be filled with passive movement (she moves you) and sometimes active movement (she asks you to move in small ways.). This allows the body to open up in new profound ways, increases range of motion, brings awareness into the movement and healing within.
If you are healing from an injury Kristi will most likely encourage you to start our session with some foundational or restorative yoga so that you can teach yourself how to heal at home. She is also known to bring guided meditation and a little breathwork into your session.

Kristi has helped individuals with chronic
and acute pain to all areas of the body.
Specifically: neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, whiplash, low back pain, pelvic pain, plantar fasciitis, PTSD, high anxiety, digestive issues, chronic muscle tension, and shoulder pain. She works with individuals suffering or unwinding from trauma and has worked with many recovering from car accidents.
