Your ready to start yoga, but you would rather do it in a small group with other beginners? This beginner series will be perfect for you. It will go over the basics of breath work, poses and all things yoga in a safe, slow and welcoming atmosphere. Stephanie will break down the steps to each pose that allows you to understand and find the perfect alignment for your body. If you are just starting at our studio we offer a 10 consecutive days for $10 promotion. We highly encourage you to take at least 3 classes within the ten days. Try out the different styles and the different instructors to find the perfect fit for you.
Studio A is on the ground level on the South-East corner of the building. Studio B and the Wellness space are upstairs on the North-East corner of the building (three doors down from our main studio A.)
How do I sign up? We highly encourage you to sign up online (see Online Schedule) You can pay, sign our waiver and sign up for your classes all at once. If this isn't possible for you: come to class 15 minutes early and talk with the instructor. Click here to see our class schedule
What to bring and wear? We have mats and props available to you, but feel free to bring your own if you would like. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
How do I know what class is right for me? We offer classes for every level and welcome everyone from beginners to advanced. When viewing the schedule online you will notice levels listed next to each class. You can learn more about each class by clicking the title and reading the class description. We recommend trying out as many classes and instructors as you can to see what is right for you. We offer new students their first 10 days for just $10 in the hopes that you can try many of our class offerings during that time. We highly recommend trying at least 3 classes, but even if you just get one class in you are still saving $5 because our drop in is $15.
